It's more about building relationships with other Network Marketers by providing whatever solutions I can.

My job is not to sponsor as many reps as I can. I'm doing my job when I show other Marketers how to get better at whatever it is they're doing now.

Hopefully, as a result, my compensation will be in proportion to my service.
